It looks very dated, template-ish and dumbed-down, static HTML. No blog or anything that warrants a CMS. With such little job the CMS was tasked with, you could use a potato webservice or no CMS at all. Your Admins do not have much flexibility for the content and this website will be redone very soon if the company ever considers a serious web presence.
I wish you do better!
