working on the editables, run into the following error:

Oh I think you are confusing between 'type' and 'search_type'. The 'type' are text, richtext, textarea, image, file etc. (i.e. these are the regions) while the 'search_type' of these regions could be the three values you alluded to i.e. text, integer and decimal.

Can you please post in the definition you are using?

I've already figured it out. YOu are absolutely right. It is just in the docs, there is no usage (or I didn't find it) for search_type
