Hi, how can I let unregistered visitors add notes to
a User's Pad?

i.e.: visiting:
http://example.com/notes.php?q=userid

Any unregistered visitor can add notes in any Pad to
a specific user, but is unable to see any notes.

I've read the relations and routes documents,
and also the Application Form tutorial since it allows
adding stuff, but I'm not sure where to start or how
to tackle this.
