I couldn't find anything about this but is there a way to remove all text formatting on copy/paste on every editable regions? It become annoying to hit remove formatting every time you paste from a word file or from the web.

That problem is a bane of all wysiwyg editors

I think the best way to tackle it is to instruct your clients to first paste the copied content into a plain text editor (e.g. notepad) and then move it into the richtext editable region.

Alternatively, you can ask them to paste the contents in the 'source' panel of CKEditor.
