I use Dreamweaver CC as both my text editor and ftp. My site is hosted with Godaddy and works perfectly.

I am adding Couch so my client can edit the text and images. The site is complete, and I have added the <cms:editable name:'main_content' type='rich text'> tags to all the areas that my client needs to be able to edit.

I have uploaded the files several times and only 2/11 pages are loading correctly. 5/11 are showing but are displaying old content from unfinished stages in development, and 4/11 pages are not showing in the admin panel at all.

***WORKS***

Hi :)

I compared the three versions you posted and, as far as Couch relevant code is concerned, there is no difference in them.

So, if the first version works, ideally so should the other two.

For the pages not appearing at all, the problem almost always is the one discussed here -
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8059

Please try the steps discussed in the mentioned thread.

The second reason is that, Dreamweaver could subtly modify the PHP code while uploading and this could mess thing up. Please try reviewing the problem code in a plain text editor and FTP it directly to see if that makes a difference.

Hope it helps.
It eventually magically started working without me doing anything differently. I suspect it had something to do with viewing the pages properly to get couch changes to update.

Thanks for replying though.
