In this & this documentation, we already know that couch can handle a shopping cart.

My question is :

Is it possible to get a history about transaction? I mean like, how many shoes are sold in this week, or get a report about sales from 21 Nov to 15 Dec, someth like that.

I am afraid, no.

For now, CouchCart is just the 'cart' - the user, order, inventory management etc. components are not yet available (though, hopefully we'll get them in the future).
