Hi, I am trying to set my client up as a User with her own log in instead of using mine. But when I set up the New User and then try to log in to check that it works and that she can see enough with her Authenticated User status I get this error message:

Access Denied

You do not have sufficient privileges to view the page requested. To see this page you must logout and login with sufficient privileges.

Is there something in the config that I have missed or is it something else? My Admin account works fine.

Hi Tony,

I suppose you are trying to access the admin-panel with the new account.
If so, that won't work as only super-admin/admins are allowed in there.

You'll have to create an admin level account for your client (you can keep the super-admin for yourself).
