Some pages give back a "blank" page and some pages or working propperly.
The problem is, that I cant find the reason, since there is no error message.

Can you point me in the direction how I can debug this blank page?

Is there a couchcms log somewhere

Perhaps taking a look at your web-server's error log could yield a clue.
Please do that and let us know what you find.
