I had some problems with my local server so I took a copy of my existing couch project and putted it back after a while. But now, when I want to visit my site, it keeps on asking to install. Why does he do that and how can I surconvent this?

Hi,

Please check the database info in config file. It should be *exactly* the same as the previous installation. The name/password/host part seems to be OK else you'd have received 'Could not connect' error'. I suspect the 'K_DB_TABLES_PREFIX' part is the problem. Please double check this.

If everything matches, then it could only mean that the local database is corrupt and Couch cannot find the existing tables thus prompting it to do a fresh installation.
