Hi,

I was able to install the cms without any errors and the templates are also appearing in the admin panel. However, I'm facing the following issues:
1. Unable to create additional users. No error messages, the mouse cursor just shows activity when I hover on the save button again, but nothing happens.
2. Any changes I make in the admin panel are not getting saved and do not reflect on the website. Again, no error messages but nothing happens.

This points to a JavaScript error somewhere.
Please use 'Inspect Element' console of Chrome (or Firebug with FF) and see if there are any such errors being reported.
