Hello I want to add a horizontal line in the admin menu. I want to devide it to make sections more clear to the eyes.

Furthermore I want to add a custom menu link redirecting to an URL with _blank (new window). e.g. http://www.mysitexyz.com/documentation.html

The current admin-panel design doesn't lend itself to any kind of structural tweaks.
We'll have to wait for the next version where such changes will finally become possible.
