Hi, I was using search successfully earlier but today I deleted all my blog posts and added some fresh new ones and now the search won't work any more.
Whenever I search for any word it shows me as no pages found.
Please help as to what could be the problem.
Thanks.
okay i figured that the entries are not showing up in search as i have put the published dates of my posts as sometime in future so the posts won't show in the search results.
Now, i have also set the parameter for show_future_entries in my lists as i want it to show only current and future posts. But that is not letting the search index those cloned pages.

Any workaround to make only show_future_entries posts show up when searching?
please reply i'm still facing this problem :(

Update:
Search is working rather erratically and not returning results properly, for some words it's showing me that blog post but for others it's not. All the words that I'm trying are included in that blog post.
Setting the 'show_future_entries' parameter to '1' will make the search tag return future posts too.
make only show_future_entries posts show up when searching?
I am sorry, no way to make *only* future posts appear in the search.
Alright thanks, but do you know why the search is not showing results for some of the keywords?
Richie, as stated in our docs, Couch's search relies on the fulltext search offered by MySQL. As such, we have little control over what gets indexed. We get whatever MySQL returns.
Okay thank you for your help :)
