I moved a site to another server and changed all the settings in the config file and keep getting this error when I try to access. I have no idea what the issue is.

Assuming that the 'couch' folder indeed does reside directly within the site's root, it could be the problem discussed in the following thread -

Please try explicitly declaring the template's name, as suggested in the mentioned thread, and let us know if it solves the problem.
