I would like to update couch on an existing website to the latest v1.4.
Can I just download the new version, edit the database-name etc. in the config.php and replace it on my web server or is there anything else I would have to do?

Hi Tobi,

Yes, that is basically what needs to be done.
You'll find a text file named 'UPGRADE.txt' in the installation zip that details the process further.

It is adviced that you take a backup of the database before upgrading.
