Hello There

I am new to couch and this forum so I do hope you might be able to help. I have created a website for a friend of mine and setup Couch so he can regularly upload new posts with multiple images.

Everything is working perfectly, except that when he uploads multiple images (Usually about 8 at a time) it comes up with a small error box saying 'Attention - Unknown Error'. If we upload single images or no more than 4 images at a time they uploaded successfully.

It would be nice to upload multiple images (say upto 20) at a time. I am guessing there is some form of standard limit on the upload. Can it be changed to allow larger amounts on the photo upload?

I hope this makes sense.

The most likely cause of the problem you described is, I think, insufficient memory available to the server for processing all the images together.

Thanks for your quick response.

I have gone through that topic and checked all the settings but everything is set as it should be.

However, I cant find any other post relating to my issue. I am stumped as to why i cant upload more than 4 images at a time without getting the error message.
