I could have sworn I'd used the latest version of Couch for my current project (i.e. 1.4) - but just noticed in the Admin Panel
CouchCMS - Simple Open-Source Content Management v1.4RC1 (build 20131015)
i.e. it appears like the Release Candidate. Is this message definitive? I haven't got the changelog/install/upgrade txt files in the Couch folder to cross check. Just wondering if I need to upgrade - but not if it isn't necessary!
Hi potato,

If it says RC, we'll have to believe that :)
Anyways, the only major difference between the two versions is the addition of 'On Page editing' in the release.
Please check the 'couch/addons' folder and if you don't see an 'inline' folder, that'd confirm that you are not using the release version.

Again, as I said, if you don't want to use inline editing you can skip upgrading.
thanks! (I should of course have known that Couch would be right)
