Hello! I am trying to install couch to my site and for some reason I got this error. Could not connect to database and it also says that the access was denied for the user @ localhost and using password: YES. Can someone please help me out? Thank you!

It seems the database creds you are specifying in config.php are not correct.
I think your web host would be the best person to help you with this problem.
Alternatively you can PM me your CPanel creds and I'll try to get the info for you.
