All you need to do is download Couch, unzip, put the couch folder in FTP folder of site. Renamed example.config.php to config.php, set up database info in there. I go to install at http://www.mysite.com/couch

I'm confused and don't know where to go from here. Why isn't this working?

P.S. I've tried deleting .htaccess too.

Can you please let us know what exactly happens - do you get some error or just a blank screen?

Your web server's error log should give us the exact reason for the problem. Can you please try and look through it?
