It would seem that either you are entering incorrect database user/password or that the database user specified does not have the required permissions.
In either case, your hosting provider would be the right party to contact.

KK, what will i do? I register my site in 2freehosting.com its a freehosting. There's no problem in database user/password and i check it correctly.

Please PM me your CPanel (or whatever has been provided for managing the site) username and password. I'll see if I can find something.

I have the same exact trouble, although my dbname and dbusername are correct...
how do you find what to put in place of "localhost" then please?

Hi @FLP,

If you can access your site's phpMyAdmin, you'll see all the required info displayed in it.
Alternatively, you can also ask your hosting provider to give you that info.

Well through Cpanel I do have access to PHPmyadmin but hey, I'm a webdesigner, not an admin, and I know NOTHING to databases.... :O
