I get an error 500 on my site www.the-buildyt.com/couch
Hi and welcome,

The 'couch' installation folder has a .htaccess file.
Please delete it and try again.
Do let me know if this helps.

Thanks.

Now its just a white screen???
Hi,

As discussed in several threads, a white screen strongly suggests that your server does not have IonCube loader installed.

Please contact your web host asking him to get it installed for you (or at least send you instructions on how to do this).

Do let me know if I could help in any way with this. Thanks.

Ive tried countless of times and my hosting provider cant help me install it any help here?
You could download the Loader Wizard from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php and it should guide you through the process. There's also instructions at http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/5608/installing-ioncube-on-your-linux-hosting-account. Do know however the changes may take some time to take effect. You could try ending processes http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/5980/viewing-and-ending-system-processes-on-linux-shared-hosting-accounts.
