I followed the couch documentation to rewrite my config.php and use firefox to run ../couch/gen_htaccess.php but nothing appears in the browser.

advice needed.

Hi Wallace,

You need to be logged-in as super-admin for gen_htaccess to work.

So if your admin-panel is open in FireFox, use another tab or instance of FireFox to execute gen_htaccess.php (I personally like to access gen_htaccess.php right from the admin-panel itself by manually editing the URL in the address bar).

If it still does not work, please PM me your site's FTP + Couch creds and I'll look into the problem.

Hi, KK! Same problem here Pretty URL's are turned on but when accessing gen_htaccess.php, being logged in as super admin, displays a blank page only.

Strange... After restarting FF and logging in as super user again, the gen_htaccess.php has displayed the rewrite rules Things are ok now.
