cannot install at my local server

I have tried to install in my local server but i can't. i have follow your Building a real-world site documentation . but it is not work, i have use xampp 1.71, 1.72, 1.74, and 1.77. but not work

Hello and welcome.

Could you please verify that your installation of XAMPP has IonCube enabled?

If you happen to be a Windows user, I suggest you try out the 'portable' version of Couch (available from our downloads section) for local testing.
