Suddenly, when I click on the site address, I receive a window requiring an installation (see attachment).

Completing fields doesn't work, I receive the following message:
- Installation failed! Table "couch_comments" already exists -

Repairing permissions doesn't work, too.

Hi Mat,

It is most definitely a corrupt database issue.
Have had a similar problem reported only once before -
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7057&p=9277

I am not sure if the database is salvageable or not but you can send me your CPanel access creds and I'll try and see if something can be done.
In all probability though, you'll need to use your database backup to restore things.

I had a look and the error that being thrown is
command denied to user 'Sql123456'@'xx.xxx.xxx.xxx'

It seems (IMHO) that the database is alright but your MySQL subscription with the hosting provider has expired on 4th Oct.

Can you please contact your provider showing him that you cannot access MySQL service and whether you need to renew the subscription etc.?

You're right… I'm handling the site of a friend of mine and he forgot to renew the subscriptions.

I'm sorry for the very stupid loss of time.
