Hi,

I have a development area on my domain/hosting that I use to setup and develop client sites with. It came to my attention today when I tried to install a new website using couch that nothing was working. Basically I am getting a blank white screen.

I checked other development websites (using couch) that have been previously working and again, white screen? I don't think it has anything to with a database connection because I can install Wordpress fine for example.

I am hosted with Media Temple and I know recently that they upgraded to php5 (removing support for php4). Current version being used is 5.3.15. Could this have something to do with it?

Sorry for the vague question, I guess I was wondering if anyone else is reporting similar problems.

A white screen suggests IonCube is not working properly. If your host has forced you onto a new PHP version then you will need to update your IonCube loader similarly.

Download the loader wizard, it should troubleshoot the matter:
http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

Make sure to delete the wizard after you are done.
