I'm trying to install for the first time and I'm getting an error "requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator." I looked into it and everything is installed but, according to my host, I need to change the root directory from "/hermes...." to "/home/users/web"

How can I change that?
