Hi i have follow your part 1 in creating a blog page uploaded the blog.php file to my server but i cant see the editable regions in the admin panel.

Have i miss something? . Please help.

Suppose the file you placed the
<?php require_once( 'couch/cms.php' ); ?> and <?php COUCH::invoke(); ?>
in was blog.php.
Are you sure you executed the file in the browser(i.e. visited it as http://www.xyzdomain.com/blog.php) while you were logged in as super-admin?
You need to do this for the admin panel to pick up the changes.
