Hello,
I am following this guide to the best of my ability: https://docs.couchcms.com/tutorials/por ... -site.html

The demo site is hosted here: https://couchblog-fb41f.firebaseapp.com

As I understand from the tutorial, I must add "/Couch/" to this URL to access the admin page for the first time.

However, if I try this: https://couchblog-fb41f.firebaseapp.com/Couch/

It's always giving me 404 every single time. I first tried to do this with localhost:5000/Couch, and when that wasn't working, I tried deploying the barebones site. But each time I get this problem. I also tried deleting that one file users were told to delete if it didn't work - I think it was called hbt something. I tried that to no avail.

ALSO, on the same page of the guide, it says "Change the values to match those of your MySQL database." What if I don't have a MySQL database? I don't see anything like that in this "public" folder, where was I supposed to get that? I'm very frustrated that this wasn't covered in the first page of the tutorial...

Please advise! THank you!
Hi,

Firebase caters to very different stack than what is required by Couch (which is PHP & MySQL).
I am sorry but I don't think you'll be able to use Couch on your current setup.
OK, thank you for your response. I am going to explore using XAMMP and Wordpress as a CMS in this case then. Appreciate your input.
Just use xamp or wamp with couch.

You will not regret it.
