Here is a solicited advice - a) upgrade CouchCMS latest, b) use 'extended-users' addon instead of obsolete 'members'.

@Simon, as @trendoman suggested, it is advisable to use the 'Extended users' addon now (http://www.couchcms.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8581).

However, if you'd still prefer to use the members addon, I have fixed the problem you mentioned and you can download it again from its original location - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8063&p=13880#p13880
