Is it possible to go through various pages of posts and not refresh the whole page when you click next or previous when going through pages of blog posts?

I'd like to help but I need to know if you are talking moving to the next page in page view or moving to next page in list view.

I am talking about the list view.

When I see all the blog posts, but I limit the results to 6 for example. I click "Next" I don't want the full page to refresh, I only want the next 6 results to refresh in the page. The ajax load more is OK, but not exactly what I am hoping to do. I'd rather not continue to load more and have infinite posts on one page. Hopefully this makes sense.
