I am getting the display, as shown in the attached image, in the Couch Admin Panel as well as the front end. The list view is all messed up.

Issue Sorted.

The k_page_title had some HTML code generated when there is an error. Hence, on execution the HTML tags were getting displayed.

I had to just change the values of k_page_title and k_page_name to get rid of the error.
