I cannot download Dump File in Couch Admin.
When i using safari it downloaded but the file is empty and using Chrome it won't download and come up an error like site cannot be reach. here's the error when i click Download Dump:

That is unlikely to be the cause, (although it does suggest that you are using an older version of Couch).
Can't figure out the actual cause without taking a look at the setup.
