The page in question is the Recordings page ... Clearing browser cache doesn't work - and why should that need to be done? I suspect that if I logged on and made an update to clear Couch cache it would work.
Can anyone explain what is going wrong?
Couch v2.1 had fixes for this caching problem and I haven't had any reports about it since.
Which version of Couch is your site running on?

In case it is an older version, please consider upgrading.
If that is not an option, turn off caching from Couch's config file.
it's v.14 ... obviously time to upgrade! thanks
