Is there any way to change the Couch interface to run without java in the browser?

Hi,

I am sure you meant JavaScript and not Java (Java is to Javascript what car is to carpet, as they say )

Anyway, I am sorry but the Couch admin-panel relies on JavaScript to function properly and hence won't work without it being available.
