Can you edit your HTML the old fashioned way while using this CMS? Sometimes, our admins like to tinker with the HTML bones of our site, but they still want normal users to carry on updating the site using the CMS. Can our admins do this while using Couch?

Hey, Couch doesn't change your HTML. Your admins can edit HTML freely with FTP access to the files.
