Hi! I have CouchCMS installed locally on my Mac using VirtualHostX7 (which uses Vagrant/VirtualBox). Everything seems to be working fine until I click the "Upload" button to upload images. Nothing happens in Chrome, and in Safari I get the message: "There is no application set to open the URL kcact:upload."

I am pretty sure that GD Library is installed on my virtual machine, but something is clearly not working. Any idea what could be the issue? Or should I be asking this on another forum? This was never an issue before when I developed locally using VirtualHostX6 (and MAMP).

Hi Megan

Helping troubleshoot issues on localhost installations for me, I am sure you'll agree, is akin to working blindfolded.
Moreover, local stacks are known to be flaky. Chances are that the same site when migrated over to a proper host will work just fine.

May I request you to please move your site to an online development server, if possible?
This way, if need arises, I'll be in a position to help you in a more meaningful way by being able to take a look at the issue firsthand.
