Hi,

I am seeing this : ' appear everywhere in the admin UI where there is a plain text field containing an apostrophe. Some kind of encoding glitch.

Does anyone know of a fix?

Don't worry about those, Ric.
That is normal behavior as Couch does that as a security measure to prevent XSS attacks.

The characters will appear just fine on the front-end (and also in richtext editor of the backend).
