The question was what is the technological time to change the domain, because now i bought for a test domain and after a month I would like to change the license to the terminal domain.
I guess I have to write an email to you from the one with which I bought a license today

I understand that the domain name you provided for the license you bought today is not the final domain. That is perfectly alright - a license is legally transferable so when your actual domain goes online just go ahead and apply the license there (just a change in config file). No need to get into any extra paperwork or anything like that.
