I have a trouble with databound forms. I have a page called doctor.php and I use routes and dbf addons in it. Also in this I have two editable regions(type="relation").
When I try to save the form, It gives the errow below:
"Could not successfully run query: Duplicate entry '96-17-12' for key 'PRIMARY'"

Do you have any solution about this problem?

This seems to be the problem discussed in the following thread -

It was an issue with 'relation' field that has since been fixed.
Please upgrade your installation (or, if you using v2.x, try using the fix at https://github.com/CouchCMS/CouchCMS/co ... 534f570fc8 - it is just one file 'couch/addons/relation/relation.php').

I'm using the latest version of Couch CMS. Also I made the changes you said in relation.php file. But still I'am getting the same error.
