this time, I'm having difficulties installing couch. It's running but not loading any CSS and being directed to wrong links. I'm a little lost. Can anybody help? I would much appreciate.

Looks you messed up web-site url in config.php, or have a htaccess rule.
When I try to access server.com/lilit it redirects me to:

http://www.lilit-tonoyan.comlilit/login.php?redirect=%2Flilit%2F

Which is obviously not correct.
If you can't find the cause problem of redirect, pm me creds to your ftp.
