Populate Photos with db_persist

Here is the question:

I can save all data, but IDK how to put a photo.
Scenario1: I have a physical file on local PC, named as k_page_title.
Scenario2: I have a physical file, named as k_page_title and a filename stored in CSV.
Scenario3: I have a link for Server File, named as k_page_title and a filename stored in CSV.

Maybe this can be reduced to only one thing - put all images to /uploads and let the system have it by hand. Then insert crafted links to a gg_image editable.

What's the solution here? I guess, bulk uploading is great with gallery='1', but only when there are no relations and other stuff to consider.

Sorry, this was stupid question. This has been discussed a ton of times on this forum. I should go have some rest. :)
