I have started getting the following page up when I try and log in to the admin panel running locally under WAMP.

Clicking on the Admin Panel link then works fine. Any idea what I have screwed up?

Have you bookmarked a link to some 'edit' page to access the admin-panel (a tell-tale sign of it would be the presence of a 'nonce' parameter in the link)?

Links leading to the inner pages of the admin-panel remain valid for only 24 hours. The message you mentioned appears after that period.
