I tried to re-install a client couch based website after a server problem.

I kept the original files, including the install-ex.php.

The installer tells me everything's all right, and ask me to go to login, then noting.

Everything's blank (http://www.thietbiwamvietnam.vn)

I don't think I did something wrong, and it worked the first time a year ago anyway.

What can I do? If I install a blank version, I'll loose my database. Can I install a fresh version and retrieve the info from the install-ex.php later in some way?

Hi,

Are you sure you are placing the 'install-ex.php' within the 'couch' folder (and not, perhaps, mistakenly in the root folder)?

Please ensure the point above and then try adding some value to the following in couch/config.php (e.g. 'new_' ) -

define( 'K_DB_TABLES_PREFIX', 'new_' );

Access the couch folder using your browser to begin a fresh installation.
