Hi...as a designer I figured out CouchCMS is easy to use tested it on basic websites like the tutorial has in here, cloning page etc.

however my problem is I have a website that's one html file (something like http://wild.as/). And the whole website is broken down in 5 slides ...so basically each slide is a new page...so its like just divs. Now the thing is there are two pages (div/slide/whatever) where I need dynamic content one which is news and the other being events listing.

So how would I do that? And how to pull the information from couchcms through ajax! I'm good with html/css, ajax is a whole new thing for me.

If someone could help me - I plan to do this website in couchcms :) Thankyou!
Hello and welcome, Brian :)

I think you'll find the discussion on the following thread useful -

To summarize - use separate templates for your sections (including news and events) and then display them (using cms:pages) on the index page.

Hope this helps.
Thanks, checking it out. If I have any trouble I guess I can post here right? So far going through the posts looks like easy job :). If I get it done will upload the website and show you guys! It's one of a kind website :)
