I was almost finished with the website, using dynamic folders, when i remembered to turn prettyURLs on. After that, some templates are recognized and some generate that 404 error... I did update .htaccess file...

I have no clue what is wrong here...

The site is bilingual so I have index.php in the root folder which with the cms:redirect redirects to two folders "en" and "de", where in each one index.php and one start.php is placed... with pretty URLs that start.php page is not recognized at all..

Any idea why?

Just wanted to say - I was waiting until today for server's support, I forwarded what you said, so they did repair something with the mod_rewrite I guess (because they did not reply to me, I just see all links work now)...
Thank you for taking your time to look for the issue....
I just wish if I could recognize myself if an issue I have with couch is server related (as now) or not, so next time I don't take your time, but write strait to the server...
