I want to know how it's possible to use the stop_before tag to limit the entries displayed to 1 week or 2 weeks?

I'm using

start_on="<cms:date format='Y-m-d H:i:s' />"

to start the posts listing from current date onwards and want to stop_before 1 week or 2 weeks from current date.
