When I make any changes to the php file and upload to server, refresh page while logged in as super admin, the new changes do not appear on the page.

Any changes I make while logged in to CMS work fine.

Why are changes not being registered?

I can tell you that I created the site on one of my testing domains then once complete transferred it over to client domain. Would this have any effect?
