I didn't want to be the one to suggest a tag that can be used in a form, so I defer to your judgement on meter. Details and summary I forgot to look at in Chrome, they look fine though, not that you needed me to tell you that. ;)
OK, I agree with the form thing :) Actually your list had 'progress' tag and that made me look at 'meter' too. Maybe even 'progress' should also be removed?
@cheesypoof
I've added the following HTML5 tags to the whitelist:
'article', 'aside', 'bdi', 'details', 'figcaption', 'figure', 'footer', 'header', 'hgroup',
'mark', 'nav', 'rp', 'rt', 'ruby', 'section', 'summary', 'time', 'wbr'

@cmdillon
I am attaching a patch that'll allow the use of HTML5 tags.
Please extract the 'HTMLParser.php' from the zip and replace the existing file of the same name within 'couch/parser' folder with the patched file.

IMP: the patch is for Couch v1.3-RC1 downloadable from viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7014

Do let me know if this serves your purpose.
