CouchCMS was at a level ahead if were allowed to create a custom URL structure for permalinks and archives such as Wordpress (url/category/2013/11/17/post-example /). Another plus would allow to set the date and time to publish pages.

Ability to define custom URLs would indeed be useful and I've put it on the todo list.
As for scheduling the publish date, I think we can do that by simply choosing a future date (from 'Advanced settings' dropdown) while saving a page. Or is it something more that you had in mind?
