Sorry another issue

I have noticed if I am not logged in as superadmin, the page styles go and loses the page design/layout

in my includes/header.php file, I have the following line

<link href="<cms:show k_site_link />css/styles.css" rel="stylesheet" />

Has only started playing so I got the pretty urls working

So am unsure why it only works if logged in as superadmin?

I am having so many issues with pretty urls, I have found out the styles work on the other pages apart from the main home page because it adds the page title onto the end of the domain name so the home page is looking like the following

www.sweetzandtreatz.co.uk/sweetz-and-treatz

because of the above line, the css stylesheet is incorrect

that's the first issue, the second is if I visit the contact-us.php page and then try to visit one of the other pages, the url becomes the following

http://www.bogus.sweetzandtreatz.co.uk/index.php?p=9

I then get the 404 error because it is not found

please am desperate now and can't work out why I am getting all these issues with pretty urls

am really confused, it seems all ok now, it's like it does not update straight away when changes are made but will keep a eye on it and hopefully will be ok now
