Hi,

I checked and the charset returned by the webpage is UTF8, so that is not the problem.

I suspect you are using snippets (i.e. <cms:embed>) and have failed to save the snippet files as UTF-8. Please open the files in your texteditor (e.g. Notepad++) and confirm that the encoding is 'UTF8 without BOM'.

In case the encoding is found to be wrong, you'll have to paste in the text once again into the files and save as the previous versions would no longer be useful to us with all the ?? in them.

Hope it helps.
right. it's the bom problem again....it's solved. Thanks.
